With an 40" Diagonal, this receiving blanket is 20" per side, in hexagon shape and  is handmade from cotton gauze, soft and tender for newborns' tender skin.  Will last throughout the growing years of your child, and has a fun embroidered design of the honey bee, signifying spiritual wisdom and productivity. The area of the blanket is 1039.2 sq inches and lends itself quite well to being used as a swaddling blanket for newborns. 
The design was inspired by a card sent to me by a convent of the Virgin Mary as a Child with a Lily in her hand.
 
Since we are entering the Christmas season, please give two weeks for sewing orders. You may get your product sooner, however, please plan for shipping to be 17 days after the order is in.  Thus for Christmas, the last date that I can take orders is the 1st of December 2021, just to ensure you receive these blankets and books in time.
